A portion of all profits are donated to the Foundations that Give Back Beauty supports. The group is the exclusive worldwide partner, under license or other business models, of brands such as Tommy Hilfiger, Elie Saab, Chopard, Philipp Plein, Iceberg. The company also acts as incubator of celebrity driven brands, such as Florence by Mills by Millie Bobby Brown, and acts as distributor for other beauty brands such as Dolce & Gabbana, Olaplex, and Eilish by Billie Eilish. Give Back Beauty sells its products in over 130 countries through the best retailers and direct-to-consumer. Give Back Beauty has separate but synergic divisions: · Luxury Division, engaged in licensing and global partnerships with fashion and luxury houses for their beauty brands (mainly fragrances) as Chopard, Elie Saab, Tommy Hilfiger & Zegna; · Lifestyle Division, focused on perfume and beauty licensing, distribution, and global partnerships with lifestyle brands, such as Philipp Plein and Iceberg; · Indie &Talents, an innovative beauty brand incubator supporting established and emerging talents and founders to create and develop their brands such as Florence by Mills, by Millie Bobby Brown; · Dolce & Gabbana, an hybrid distribution partnership with Dolce & Gabbana; · Non-profit Advisory, we operate as non-profit strategic advisors to leading fashion brands and groups, contributing powerfully to the Give Back and Sustainability missions of GBB Our values: Passion, Innovation, Respect, Reliability and Teamwork In this context, and to support our HR team, we are searching for a full time HR Business Partner to be based in our German office, in Munich. The role is available under a Definite Term Contract ( 18-24 months) as to replace the current job holder temporarly. What You Will Do Build strong, trusted relationships with managers and employees, acting as a strategic HR partner across the organization Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from talent sourcing and interviewing to onboarding new hires Oversee all local HR administrative processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws Prepare payroll data and act as the key liaison with our external payroll provider to ensure accurate and timely processing Collaborate with the global HR team on international projects and initiatives, ensuring local adaptation and legal compliance Prepare, analyze, and present HR reports and metrics to support business decisions Lead and implement various local HR projects and initiatives, from conception through execution Take ownership of the local HR budget, including planning, monitoring, and reporting activities Who You Are You hold a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field—ideally with a specialization in HR or a comparable qualification You bring at least 5 years of hands-on experience in a similar HR role, preferably within an international or fast-paced environment You have good knowledge of labor and social security law You possess a broad understanding of HR topics, with practical experience across various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration You communicate clearly and effectively, building strong relationships across all levels of the organization You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and are adaptable to changing priorities You enjoy working as part of a collaborative, international team and bring a positive, solution-oriented attitude to your role You are fluent in German and English (written and spoken); additional language skills are a plus You are proficient in MS Office tools and comfortable working with HR systems and digital tools What We Offer An ambitious environnement, and one of the most dynamic of its sector over the past 5 years Attractive retribution 30 days of holiday Monthly lunch vouchers Parking slots at the office Interested?
