We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Contract Manager to support our contract and pricing operations within a dynamic SAP environment. Based in Mannheim with flexible hybrid work options, you’ll be the connector between Sales, Field Services, and Accounting—making sure contracts run smoothly, numbers add up, and SAP does what it’s supposed to do.
Bachelor’s degree required; 1 to 2 years of experience working in contract management
&##Basic to intermediate knowledge of SAP SD module is a plus
&##A team player with a hands-on mindset and willingness to take ownership
&##German (C1+) and English (C1+)

Manage the full contract lifecycle in SAP, from creation to maintenance and timely updates.
Maintain accurate pricing and billing data in close coordination with Sales and Accounting.
Act as the operational bridge between Sales, Field Services, and Accounting—clearly communicating SAP-related processes and tools.
Support day-to-day SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) operations, including contract workflows and issue resolution.
Enter and update pricing in SAP based on information provided by the Sales team.
Be the “SAP translator” for non-technical colleagues—explaining systems and tools in a simple, user-friendly way.
