To support our current growth, we are looking for a
Senior HR Officer (m/f/d)
This role is primarily operational, with a strong focus on HR administration, data accuracy, and day-to-day support to managers and employees, while also contributing to key people topics such as hiring, employee relations, and training coordination.
Produce monthly HR reports and statistics
Act as a first point of contact for managers on employee-related matters (disciplinary topics, exits, etc.)
Support recruitment processes (coordination, follow-up, onboarding)
Manage daily HR operations, including time tracking review, data entry, and personnel administration
Prepare and manage employment contracts and HR documentation
Coordinate medical appointments and absence follow-up
Support payroll preparation and ensure data accuracy
Fluency in French and German are a must. English is an asset
Solid background in learning & development / training coordination, with a hands-on approach
Strong knowledge of HR operations (onboarding, offboarding, contract drafting, HR administration)
Ability to operate in a hybrid HR Officer / HR Business Partner role
Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and DSK are a plus
