This cross-functional team, composed primarily of C++ Developers, a Technical Lead and a Product Owner, plays a critical role in ensuring fair play and competitive integrity across our titles.
As Team Manager, you will focus on team performance, project delivery, and cross-team alignment. You’ll foster a collaborative environment, ensure adherence to the roadmap defined by the Product Owner, and support the team's evolution through strategic hiring and continuous improvement practices. Additionally, you will spearhead the expansion of our anti-cheat strategy by transversally collaborating closely with departments such as Online Services, and Ubisoft Data Office, ensuring a cohesive and comprehensive approach to anti-cheat across the organization.

What you will do:
 1. Team Leadership & PerformanceFacilitate collaboration between developers, technical leadership, and the product owner.Foster a culture of ownership, transparency, continuous improvement, and close collaboration with production teams.Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Anti-Cheat Team, ensuring high morale, engagement, and productivity.
 2. Roadmap Execution & DeliverySupport the Product Owner in maintaining a clear, realistic roadmap aligned with company objectives.Ensure team efforts are well-scoped, prioritized, and delivered on time.Remove blockers, optimize workflows, and manage dependencies across internal and external stakeholders.
 3. Holistic Anti-Cheat IntegrationGain a full picture of anti-cheat efforts across game production and central teams, connect the dots where needed, and drive integration across departments — all to deliver a fair playing field and enjoyable experience for players.
 4. Stakeholder CollaborationAct as the main point of contact for coordination between the anti-cheat team and production teams, the Security and Risk Management Department, or HQ teams.Align deliverables and expectations across game productions and technical domains.
 5. Recruitment & Talent DevelopmentDevelop and execute a long-term hiring strategy to support team growth.Partner with Human Resources and Talent Acquisition to attract and retain top engineering talents.Identify training needs and career development opportunities for team members.
 6. Strategic Alignment & ReportingEnsure the team’s roadmap contributes to the company’s broader security and gameplay experience strategies.Provide regular status updates and risk assessments to senior management.Ensure a sound budget management for the anti-cheat team.
Qualifications
What you bring:
 7. Proven experience in leading technical teams within the gaming, cybersecurity, or software development sectors
 8. Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, ideally with knowledge of online game (service) environments
 9. Exceptional people leadership, conflict resolution, and communication skills
 10. Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, align stakeholders, and maintain execution momentum
 11. Experience working in agile environments and partnering with product owners and tech leads
 12. Fluency in English
Nice to have:
 13. Background or experience in game security, anti-cheat development, or competitive gaming environments
 14. Familiarity with global team dynamics and managing cross-cultural collaboration
 15. Exposure to live operations or game-as-a-service models
