Key Responsibilities Lead and manage significant transformation projects within Voith, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and objectives.
Act as a Performance or Restructuring Manager within Operating Units, collaborating directly with management to drive performance improvement measures, restructuring initiatives and to ensure target achievement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with the board, senior management and other key stakeholders, providing expert guidance and support in performance management and restructuring efforts.
Qualifications Extensive experience in strategy or restructuring consulting, with a proven track record of leading large projects and teams.
Operational experience as the head of an operational unit, plant or legal entity.
Results-driven, open and proactive in engaging directly with managers of various units, fostering collaboration and driving change.
