As Presales Consultant at, you'll play a critical role in helping our potential & existing customers understand & maximize the value of our platform. Through your deep product knowledge, expertise in how companies use and deploy SaaS applications, and objection handling in customer interactions, you'll support our sales team with the sales processes.
We are looking at experienced individuals that would be able to establish the team's methodologies and streamline our sales processes. You'll be a strategic member of our team working closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Professional Services etc.
Requirements
* 4+ years in Pre-Sales Engineering/Consulting role (or similar) in a SaaS environment
* Experience with software for CRM, ITSM, Whiteboard or Software development - Significant advantage
* Fluency in written and spoken German is a must.
* A deep technical curiosity for how IT systems work in a business context
* Great communication and customer facing skills
* Ability to clearly articulate technical topics to a non-technical audience
* Business process mapping skills
* Understanding of GraphQL - an advantage
* Experience responding to technical questions and security requirements from customers
* Exceptional teamwork capabilities
* Strong problem solving skills
