This exciting position as Repair Services Coordinator (m/w/d) in Hamburg Finkenwerder offers you the opportunity to work in a dynamic and international environment at Airbus. This role is limited to one year and will be fulfilled through temporary employment. In this role, you’ll act as the central point of contact for the repair of Airbus proprietary parts, as well as lease and exchange services, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service. The position requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong organizational abilities, and effective communication to manage supplier and customer relationships. Your responsibilities will include:
* Analyzing and resolving customer-specific issues related to repair orders and alternative solutions.
* Managing customers' repair, lease, and exchange orders while monitoring supplier performance based on KPIs.
* Handling inquiries and orders related to Aircraft On Ground (AOG) situations alongside airlines and MROs.
* Maintaining end-to-end communication with repair stations to guarantee performance targets in terms of time, cost, and quality.
* Preparing performance reports and supporting process improvements.
* Ensuring timely transfer and availability of piece parts for repair stations to meet delivery commitments.
This role requires a versatile professional with relevant experience, preferably within the aviation or customer service sectors. You must be equipped to navigate technical and operational challenges while demonstrating exceptional customer focus and analytical competencies. Required qualifications and skills include:
* A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Technical Studies, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration).
* Experience in customer service, supplier management, project management, material procurement, or process improvement.
* Proficiency in IT tools such as MS Office, MS Excel, Google Workspace, and SAP functionalities.
* Fluent in English.
* Strong intercultural understanding, organizational skills, and communication abilities.
