Spacecraft Analyst (m/f/d)
We are offering an exciting challenge at the Darmstadt site from We are looking for Spacecraft Analysts to support satellite operations services for Eumetsat.
Your Tasks
1. Coordinating the planned daily activities in the control center and all manned facilities
2. Performing mission analysis and preparing reports to demonstrate system operability and availability
3. Performing the weekly planning function, recording all operational and maintenance inputs and performing initial conflict resolution
4. Maintaining the satellite and ground segment database
5. Analyze system issues by collecting and evaluating appropriate data sets using available reporting and analysis tools
6. Creation and further development of operational and flight procedures
7. Preparation of regular performance reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually)
8. Supporting the user or customer in mission operations and in the further processing of the reconnaissance information obtained
Your Qualifications
9. Degree in computer science, telecommunications, physics or aerospace engineering
10. Experience with real-time systems and the execution of procedures in an operational environment
11. Structured and analytical way of working
12. Fluency in English, German an advantage
13. Knowledge in the areas of space communication, radio frequency technologies and/or ground segment systems is an advantage
