Description
As a Working Student in the Brand Building Purchases media team, you will gain comprehensive, hands-on experience in strategic media purchasing, fostering skills in negotiation, relationship management, and analytics. Embedded in a high-impact environment, you will work closely with accomplished professionals and acquire real-world exposure to how significant media investments drive brand success. You will contribute meaningfully to the team’s goals and develop broad expertise in an essential business function.This role is designed for approximately 20 hours per week to comply with legal working hour regulations for enrolled students in Germany.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist the media purchases team in preparing for negotiations with key media suppliers, mastering the art and science of successfully closing deals.
2. Independently manage stewardship activities to ensure contracts and campaigns run seamlessly after negotiation.
3. Conduct inspiring supplier and product research to bring fresh, outside-in perspectives that shape ongoing strategies.
4. Analyze media and market data, summarizing insights with clarity and creativity.
5. Present impactful results and learnings directly to senior leadership, amplifying your voice and making a tangible impact.
6. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align media buying efforts with overall brand objectives.

10. Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program such as Procurement, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Media,
11. Communication, or related fields.
12. A strong drive to learn and grow professionally in media purchasing and brand building.
13. Exceptional communication skills, confident in presenting ideas and findings.
14. Business fluency in both German and English is required to effectively collaborate and present within our international environment.
15. Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
16. Collaborative team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.
17. Ability to independently manage tasks and projects while thriving in a fast-paced environment.
