Project Manager

With a strong commitment to environmental stewardship, the business focuses primarily on Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and Solar Photovoltaic (PV) technologies. Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead transformative renewable energy projects, with a particular emphasis on BESS and Solar PV technologies. Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of renewable energy projects, from concept and planning through to execution and completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans covering schedules, resourcing, risk management, and cost control.
Work closely with cross‑functional internal teams and external partners to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Oversee the integration and deployment of BESS and Solar PV systems, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Track, report, and communicate project progress, risks, and performance metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks and challenges during all phases of project execution.
Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and internal policies.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, optimize delivery, and enhance project efficiency.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Project Management, or a related discipline.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly regarded.
Proven experience managing large‑scale renewable energy projects, ideally with exposure to BESS and Solar PV developments.
Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of environmental compliance, regulatory frameworks, and sustainability best practices.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and time‑management skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
Fluent in German and English.
