Your mission with us
As a Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) at Sidekick Health, your mission is to provide strategic financial insights and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams—including Product, Commercial, and Operations—to enhance financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes while ensuring alignment with Sidekick’s values of innovation, impact, and collaboration.
What you can expect from us
1. Drive the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes in coordination with key stakeholders across the business
2. Build and maintain robust financial models to evaluate business performance, unit economics, and strategic initiatives
3. Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting, analyzing variances against forecast and providing actionable insights
4. Support executive leadership with strategic financial analysis, board materials, and investor reporting as needed
5. Collaborate with accounting and data teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting systems
6. Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and cost optimization by analyzing spending trends and ROI metrics
7. Play a key role in developing business cases for new product launches, market entries, and pricing strategies
8. Continuously improve FP&A processes, systems, and tools to scale with the growth of the company
Your profile
9. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a master’s degree or CFA qualification is a plus
10. 4–5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a technology, digital health, or SaaS environment
11. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling; experience with FP&A tools such as Adaptive Insights, Planful, or similar is a strong advantage
12. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business narratives and recommendations
13. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; able to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
14. High degree of ownership, with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail
15. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and capable of balancing multiple priorities

Als Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) bei Sidekick Health liegt es in Deiner Verantwortung, strategische finanzielle Einblicke zu liefern und datengestützte Entscheidungen im gesamten Unternehmen zu unterstützen. Du arbeitest eng mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams zusammen – darunter Produkt, Vertrieb und Betrieb –, um Finanzplanung, Prognosen und Berichtsprozesse kontinuierlich zu verbessern. Das erwartet dich bei uns
22. Du führst den jährlichen Budgetierungsprozess sowie die Forecasts und die langfristige Finanzplanung in enger Abstimmung mit den wichtigsten Stakeholdern im gesamten Unternehmen durch.
23. Du erstellst und pflegst belastbare Finanzmodelle, um die Geschäftsleistung, die Wirtschaftlichkeit einzelner Einheiten und strategische Initiativen zu bewerten.
24. Du erstellst monatliche und vierteljährliche Finanzberichte, analysierst Abweichungen von den Prognosen und leitest daraus umsetzbare Erkenntnisse ab.
25. Du unterstützt die Geschäftsleitung mit strategischen Finanzanalysen sowie bei der Erstellung von Unterlagen für den Vorstand und Investoren. Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit dem Accounting- und Data-Team zusammen, um Datenqualität, -integrität und -konsistenz in allen Berichtssystemen sicherzustellen.
26. Du identifizierst Potenziale zur Effizienzsteigerung und Kostenoptimierung, indem Du Ausgabentrends und ROI-Kennzahlen analysierst.
27. Du spielst eine zentrale Rolle bei der Entwicklung von Business Cases für neue Produkteinführungen, Markteintritte und Preisstrategien.
28. Du treibst die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der FP&A-Prozesse, -Systeme und -Tools voran, um das Unternehmenswachstum bestmöglich zu unterstützen.
Das solltest du mitbringen
29. Du hast einen Bachelor-Abschluss in Finance, Accounting, Economics oder einem ähnlichen Bereich – ein Master-Abschluss oder eine CFA-Qualifikation ist ein Plus
30. Du bringst 4–5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Finanzplanung und -analyse mit, idealerweise in einem technologiegetriebenen Umfeld wie Digital Health oder SaaS
31. Du beherrschst Microsoft Excel auf einem fortgeschrittenen Niveau und hast Erfahrung in der Erstellung komplexer Finanzmodelle. Kenntnisse in FP&A-Tools wie Adaptive Insights, Planful oder ähnlichen Lösungen sind ein großer Vorteil
32. Du verfügst über ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und kannst komplexe Daten in verständliche Business-Storys und konkrete Empfehlungen übersetzen
33. Du kommunizierst mündlich und schriftlich sehr sicher auf Englisch und kannst Dich sowohl mit technischen als auch nicht-technischen Stakeholdern auf Augenhöhe austauschen
