WHAT WE OFFER YOU
We are looking for a new colleague to join our team in Lemwerder as soon as possible:
IT Project Manager (m/f/d) for Software Development
Your role in our crew
* As an IT Project Manager (m/f/d), you will manage and be responsible for IT projects with a focus on application development – whether in connection with our in-house ERP system, in the Oracle APEX platform environment, or in web development for our company portal.
* Typically, you will be responsible for two to four projects at the same time. The size of the projects varies and ranges from 200 to 2,000 hours, including development work.
* You will also ensure transparency throughout the project by producing regular reports and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
* Together with the various specialist areas and other IT departments, you will develop and harmonize solution concepts and act as the central point of contact.
* In addition, you will ensure that objectives are achieved in terms of content, time, costs, and quality—using both classic (Prince2) and agile methods (Scrum) as appropriate.
At NVL, we rely on a battle-tested crew in which everyone can rely on each other. That's why we promote a working environment that encourages people to stay and offer anchoring opportunities such as exciting development opportunities in advanced tasks throughout NVL. Of course, we will accompany you on your journey with us with targeted personnel development measures, which we will be happy to tell you about in a personal conversation.
What you bring to the table
* Degree in (business) information technology or a technically oriented course of study, or completion of a technically oriented training program, e.g., in software engineering, information technology, or a related field
* Experience as an IT project manager with knowledge of application development
* Sound knowledge of project management, ideally with experience in methods such as PRINCE2 and Scrum
* Business fluent written and spoken German and English
* Willingness to travel domestically on occasion (approx. 10%)
Would you like to set a new course with us? Then we look forward to receiving your online application, in which you should also include your salary expectations and desired start date.
