What You'll Do
* Develop and implement optimization strategies for high-value ad campaigns
* Build campaign structures, keyword packs, bids, and budget recommendations
* Analyse account-level and campaign-level performance to identify opportunities
* Create clear, data-driven reports to support optimization tactics
* Work across Search, GSN, Mobile, and YouTube to meet client goals
* Collaborate with sales teams to identify growth opportunities
* Follow internal processes and ensure an excellent experience for Account Leads
* Spot operational improvements and bring forward innovative ideas
What You Bring
* Fluent German (B2/C1) + strong English
* Experience in digital marketing, account management, or client service
* Google Ads experience is mandatory
* Comfort working in B2B environments and using digital advertising tools
* Sharp analytical thinking and strong attention to detail
* A proactive work ethic and ability to perform independently or in a team
* Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to absorb complex information quickly
