Description and Requirements
As a Solutions & Services Executive (SSE) you are responsible for the strategic build-up, the continuous development and the sustainable growth of our Solutions & Services business via the channel, with a focus on mid-market/SMB customers. The role is strongly sales-oriented and aims to identify service potential, activate partners and customers, and scale infrastructure and client services through the channel. The role is based in the DACH region, with a regional focus on Germany.
You will be reporting to our Solutions & Services Executive Manager - Channel.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
1. Active selling of the services portfolio, with a focus on the SMB and mid-market segment
2. Systematic expansion of the services pipeline, as well as support in developing and executing service and "as-a-service" business models
3. Close, cross-functional collaboration with Client Managers, Partner Managers, as well as internal technical and service specialists
4. Active participation in customer and partner meetings in the role of a trusted advisor (Trusted Advisor) for Infrastructure & Client Services
5. Joint development and implementation of services growth plans in collaboration with channel partners and the internal channel teams
Requirements:
6. Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in a channel or partner environment
7. Strong sales mindset and customer orientation
8. Knowledge of IT services or as-a-service models is an advantage
9. Structured and independent way of working, with a strong result and closing orientation
10. Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
11. Completed degree or a comparable qualification
