Responsibilities
1. Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the service team
2. Ensure efficient repair, calibration, and field service operations
3. Monitor KPIs and implement improvement actions
4. Drive high service quality and customer satisfaction
5. Support technical escalations and customer inquiries
Qualifications
6. Technical college degree or equivalent education
7. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a service environment (repair, calibration, or field service)
8. Strong understanding of service operations and quality processes
9. Proven leadership and organizational skills
10. Experience in customer interaction and process improvement
11. Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
