A well-established healthcare organisation with over 25 years of industry experience is looking for an Online Marketing Manager (SEO & Performance) to join its growing marketing team.
The company operates one of the leading dental networks in Germany, connecting millions of insured patients with over 1,000 dental practices. Through a powerful digital platform that attracts millions of website visits each year, the organisation plays a key role in improving access to high-quality dental services.
As the business continues to invest in its digital presence and performance marketing, this role will take ownership of SEO strategy, performance optimisation, and data-driven growth initiatives.
The Role
You will be responsible for driving the company’s SEO and digital performance strategy, improving visibility across multiple digital platforms and supporting the growth of a large network of partner dental practices.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and executing SEO strategies across On-page, Technical, and Local SEO
* Analysing website performance using tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms
* Leveraging AI-powered tools for keyword research, content optimisation, competitor analysis, and marketing automation
* Managing and optimising Google Business Profiles
* Overseeing SEO activities for 70+ partner practices
* Translating data insights into clear optimisation strategies and growth initiatives
* Coordinating with external agencies and service providers
* Maintaining and improving website and marketing data within CMS and databases
Requirements
* Proven experience in SEO and performance marketing (SEA experience is beneficial)
* Strong experience with analytics and SEO tools
* A data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
* Basic technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
* Structured, independent, and pragmatic working style
* Fluent German and strong English language skills
