YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. As an International Product Developer (m/f/d), you develop innovative and sustainable pizza and snack recipes from prototypes to industrialization according to the innovation process and portfolio strategy.
2. In your role you will work closely with international colleagues within R&D as well as cross-functionally e.g. with international Marketing, Innovation-Management and the production technology center. You collaborate with ingredient Lead Engineers to qualify new ingredients. You also support local product development projects in various countries.
3. You utilize analytical infrastructure to evaluate product properties. You interpret the results, derive development steps, and expand the company's knowledge of ingredients and recipe solutions.
4. You collect, organize, and present your results and project-related documentation using the supporting IT infrastructure.
5. You actively seek new ingredients, recipes, and trends to drive innovation, cooperating with institutes, external partners, and working in cross-functional teams.
WHAT YOU BRING
6. You have successfully completed your university degree in Food Technology, Nutritional Science, or Industrial Engineering with a focus on Food.
7. You have several years of experience as a product developer for dough-based and/or savory products.
8. You are organized and structured, while also having a strong hands-on mentality.
9. As a team player, your creative and communicative nature makes it easy for you to connect and collaborate with others.
10. Excellent German and English skills complete your profile.
