We raised our Series A with €10m in 2022 from top investors such as Point 9, Almaz Capital, Porsche Ventures.Now we need a Marketing Lead to help us reach the next milestone.Role OverviewOwn and lead the marketing function at WorkerbaseYou’ll take full ownership of all marketing activities - from strategy to hands-on executionDrive measurable impact on growthYou’ll be responsible for generating high-quality inbound leads, building campaigns, and turning marketing into a key business driverDefine how the world sees WorkerbaseYou’ll craft and amplify our go-to-market message — online, offline, and on stage at industry eventsBe part of something boldYou’ll help shape a company that’s defining a new category and becoming the standard for how factories digitize workResponsibilitiesFull ownership of the marketing functionDesigning and executing online and offline campaignsMonitoring campaign performance, analyzing results, and improving based on insightsManaging and growing the internal marketing team and external agenciesEnsuring smooth marketing operations with a data-driven structure and clear reportingDefining our propositions and marketing messages in close collaboration with product, sales, and customer successOwning and optimizing our digital presence: including the website, content, and conversion flowsBuilding and managing a scalable lead generation engine to ensure a steady stream of high-quality inbound leadsDriving the entire funnel - from first touch to sales-accepted leadsRequirementsYou have 5+ years of hands-on experience in B2B software marketing, with a clear track record of owning and scaling resultsYou’re not just strategic — you execute.
