Part of Hillenbrand, we are hiring our: Health and Safety Specialist Responsibilities: Support and advise the Field Service team on health, safety, and accident prevention. Manage the Occupational Safety Management System per ISO 45001, conduct internal audits. Perform site inspections, analyse accidents, deliver safety training. Develop and review risk assessments. Manage EPLAS safety software, produce reports, monitor KPIs. Collaborate with customers and internal teams. Act as process owner for the SGA (MAPS) process. Requirements: Technical qualification or equivalent; safety training (or willing to undertake). ISO 45001/19011 auditor certification (or willing to obtain). Experience in safety management, ideally in chemical or plastics industries. Fluent in German and English ; proficient in MS Office. Good knowledge of German safety and fire regulations.
