A private equity-backed global multinational service platform is seeking an experienced and strategically driven Group CFO to join its executive team at a pivotal stage of value creation. The business is operating revenues of c. €300m and is poised for significant international growth via an active M&A pipeline.
This is a hands-on, board-level role for a CFO who can navigate complexity, drive performance, and partner with investors to accelerate value and achieve a successful exit.
Key Responsibilities:
~ Strategic Leadership: Be the CEO’s right hand and the Board’s go-to advisor on growth strategy, capital deployment, and value creation. Partner closely with private equity sponsors to fast-track performance and readiness for exit.
~ Finance Leadership: Lead and scale a world-class, international finance function spanning FP&A, reporting, treasury, tax, and controls. Embed a data-driven culture, sharpen KPI visibility, and elevate reporting to investor-grade standards. Turn insight into commercial impact.
~ M&A / PMI: Own the financial dimension of the group’s aggressive M&A roadmap—from valuation and due diligence to integration, synergy realization, and post-deal optimisation. Bring rigorous modeling, scenario planning, and strategic foresight to every transaction.
~ Exit Preparation: Play a leading role in shaping the business for liquidity. Spearhead financial due diligence, engage with advisors, and ensure the organisation is operationally and financially primed for a value-maximising exit.
