We are looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager (m/f/d) to lead the execution and delivery of a diverse portfolio of commercial and marketing technology Waterfall/Hybrid projects.

Your mission as a Project Manager (m/f/d)
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in project management across Salesforce, CPQ, E-commerce platforms, CMS, CRM systems like HubSpot, and marketing data tools like Cognism and Lead Forensics. This role requires someone who can work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, BS IT, and external vendors, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and aligned with commercial goals.
What else will you be doing as a Project Manager (m/f/d)
Project Leadership & Delivery
Own the end-to-end project management lifecycle for the following but not limited to initiatives. Preferred experience in the tech stack below:
1. Salesforce CPQ (Configure Price Quote) implementation and optimization
2. Development and deployment of the Salesforce Customer Portal
3. Launch and integration of a new E-commerce platform
4. Telesales automation initiatives, including HubSpot deployment
5. Go Autonomous and digital self-service initiatives via the Customer Portal
6. Winning Proposal framework within Salesforce CPQ
7. CMS migration from Drupal to Sitecore
8. Implementation of Cognism and Lead Forensics for lead generation and tracking
9. Oversight of marketing data cleanup, jointly owned with Commercial and supported by internal stakeholders
Stakeholder Management
10. Liaise with internal stakeholders including sales, marketing, IT, and finance teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment
11. Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and platform partners to drive project milestones and resolve issues.
Planning & Reporting
12. Develop and maintain project plans, risk registers, RACI matrices, and status reports
13. Track KPIs and project outcomes, providing regular updates to leadership
14. Budget tracking and resource forecasting
Governance & Quality
15. Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria in collaboration with business owners
16. Ensure governance best practices, change control, and documentation are adhered to
17. Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies

Must-Have:
18. 5+ years’ experience in project management in a commercial or digital transformation environment
19. Certification and experience in Waterfall and Hybrid
20. Proven delivery of Salesforce-related projects including CPQ and Customer Portal
21. Experience with E-commerce platforms (Magento, Shopify, SAP Commerce Cloud, etc.)
22. Experience implementing or managing CRM (e.g., HubSpot) and marketing tools (Cognism, Lead Forensics)
23. Strong understanding of CMS migration projects, ideally Drupal to Sitecore
24. Excellent stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills
25. Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM, or Scrum Master)
26. Fluency in German and English
Nice-to-Have:
27. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or ERP integration
28. Previous experience working in B2B services, hygiene, or manufacturing sectors
29. Experience with data governance and data clean-up strategies
30. Experience in managing cross-regional projects (especially across Europe)
