Responsibilities Partner with SRE/Development leads to define and lead the Infrastructure program portfolio, setting investments, multi-quarter road-maps, and managing resource allocation and reliability. Collaborate with SRE Engineers, team leads, and development partners to improve the core system. Establish program governance for operational excellence. Drive process improvement and facilitate decision-making for organizational impact. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Track and measure program performance, driving improvement and improving program management impact for organizational growth.
