About the Role
This role involves supervising and operating day-to-day activities of human resources information systems, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing user incidents and change requests, digitalizing processes, maintaining user permissions, conducting a technological watch, collaborating with stakeholders, upgrading systems, and providing technical support.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage and operate HRIS systems, ensuring data protection compliance.
* Solve user incidents and change requests related to HRIS systems and their interfaces with third-party systems.
* Digitalize HR processes in collaboration with other units.
* Maintain user permissions within HRIS systems.
* Stay up-to-date on technological advancements in the field of HRIS.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather business requirements, drive system planning, development, testing, and implementation.
* Perform system upgrades and provide technical assistance.
