Your tasks
10. In your new role, you will support the global distribution team with customs and foreign trade law issues for all clinical trials
11. This includes determining and maintaining customs values for clinical trials, clarifying country-specific import and export regulations, determining and checking customs tariff numbers and providing country-specific documents
12. You are responsible for maintaining the "Country Requirements"
13. You will independently manage the worldwide distribution of investigational medicinal products of assigned projects and clinical studies of all phases
14. This includes the independent development, planning and optimization of the distribution strategy, as well as the management and monitoring of external service providers
15. You will be responsible for all distribution activities within the global distribution team with regard to timelines, budget, risks and optimization of assigned studies
Your profile
16. Completed Bachelor's degree, ideally in foreign trade and customs, international logistics or supply chain management or a related field, with initial professional experience in the distribution of investigational medicinal products or alternatively completed vocational training with many years of professional experience, e.g. in the distribution of investigational medicinal products.e.g. as a forwarding and logistics clerk or in wholesale and foreign trade
17. Good knowledge of import and export regulations for clinical investigational medicinal products and customs procedures
18. Knowledge of regulatory and GMP/GDP/GCP requirements
19. Experience in working with IRT systems, ability to familiarize yourself with new systems and workflows
20. High degree of flexibility with changing requirements, planning and organizational skills as well as a way of working that is characterized by a high degree of initiative, a systematic approach and team spirit
