Role Overview
As HR Manager for Germany & the DACH cluster, you will play a strategic role in supporting business growth by attracting, retaining, and developing talent. You will be part of the local and cluster management teams, reporting to the HR Lead EU and collaborating closely with the Global HR Team.
Required Background & Experience
 * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
 * 5–10 years (not more than 10 years) of HR experience, preferably in a multicultural and matrix environment
 * Experience in the biopharma or life sciences industry is a plus
 * Strong knowledge of German labor law and Works Council processes
 * Proven track record in HR strategy, change management, and employee engagement
Key Responsibilities:
Objectives: As HR Manager Germany & DACH cluster, you will work closely with Management teams to support the profitable growth of the business by attracting, retaining and developing employees.
Responsibilities:
• Located in Frankfurt, Germany, with primary responsibility as HR manager of Biocon Biologics Germany
• Cluster HR for DACH
• Work closely with Management teams to support the profitable growth of the business
• Design, develop and monitor initiatives to attract, recruit, retain and develop employees
• Be responsible for the development, implementation and execution of all talent management processes
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program, coordinate payroll, benefits and HR administration as well as benchmark local compensation scheme
• Support local Management teams in strategic projects and contribute to the development of the global HR strategy
• Be the point of contact regarding any changes or update in the local labor and social laws
• Nurture a positive working environment
The HR Manager Germany &DACH cluster will be part of the local and cluster management teams, report to the HR Lead EU and work closely with the Global HR Team.
Skills & Competencies
 * Fluent in German (native) and English (C1 level)
 * High personal ethics and compliance mindset
 * Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
 * Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office
 * Hands-on, dynamic, and solution-oriented approach
Preferred Skills
• Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
• People oriented and results driven
• Experience with Human Resources metrics
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Ability to architect strategy and implement it
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the Company
• A convincing track record of accomplished HR projects
(focusing on processes, best practices, change management etc.)
• Hands-on, dynamic, positive thinking and “can- do” attitude
• Languages: German -native speaker, English C1 level.
