Key Responsibilities
* Operational Excellence:
You are responsible for ensuring operational excellence of cyber defense tooling in the areas of detection & response and vulnerability management.
* Detection & Response Enablement:
Drive the effectiveness, reliability, and continuous improvement of detection and response technologies to support global Cyber Defense operations.
* Threat Hunting:
Design and execute hypothesis‑based threat hunts to proactively identify malicious activity, uncover blind spots, and refine detection logic.
* Cyber Defense Integration:
Collaborate with Security Operations and cross-functional teams to ensure cyber defense capabilities are deeply embedded in daily workflows and processes.
* Continuous Improvement:
Work with global teams and partners to enhance the maturity, efficiency, and scalability of cyber defense practices.
* Knowledge Sharing:
Contribute to team development by sharing insights, lessons learned, and emerging threat trends.
Qualifications
* Strong understanding of detection & response methodologies and enterprise cyber defense concepts.
* Hands-on experience in designing and implementing cyber defense capabilities (e.g., detection engineering, vulnerability management, threat hunting), with a total of 8 years of experience, including 3 years in Threat Hunting.
* Ability to translate security signals, threats, and patterns into actionable improvements.
* Strong communication skills and experience working in cross-functional and international environments.
* Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to contribute to long-term capability development.
* Certifications such as CISSP, GIAC, or related credentials are a plus but not mandatory.
