As an
SAP Sales Account Executive
, you will be instrumental in driving the growth of GoWide Solutions' SAP portfolio by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities. Leveraging your in-depth knowledge of SAP products, industry expertise, and proven sales acumen, you will engage with clients to understand their needs, deliver tailored solutions, and build lasting relationships.
Your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell SAP solutions and services, ensuring alignment with client objectives while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. This position reports directly to the

Key Responsibilities:
As an account executive, you will oversee all new client opportunities, with a focus on larger enterprises, from initial contact to close. As a result, you must be able to:
1. Business Development
* Identify and target prospective clients who can benefit from SAP solutions.
* Generate qualified leads, research industries, and build a strong pipeline of sales opportunities.
* Conduct market analysis to understand trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
3. Solution Selling
* Partner with technical teams to gain a deep understanding of SAP offerings.
* Clearly communicate solution benefits, addressing client pain points and aligning with business goals.
* Develop and present customized proposals and quotations tailored to client requirements.
5. Sales Process Management
* Drive the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
* Maintain accurate CRM records of client interactions, negotiations, and pipeline progress.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover from sales to delivery.
2. Client Engagement
* Initiate and manage contact with potential clients through emails, calls, meetings, and networking events.
* Understand client business challenges and objectives to position SAP solutions effectively.
* Deliver impactful presentations, product demonstrations, and discussions showcasing our value proposition.
4. Relationship Management
* Build and sustain strong client relationships by understanding long-term business needs.
* Maintain consistent communication to ensure client satisfaction and collect feedback for improvement.
6. Sales Performance
* Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue objectives.
* Monitor performance against goals, identify roadblocks, and implement corrective strategies.
Qualifications and Skills
* Proven track record in successfully selling SAP solutions and services.
* Strong understanding of SAP products, services, and their application across industries.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to grasp technical concepts and explain them clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
* Results-driven mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
* Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
* Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales tools.
Experience:
* 8-10 years of experience in SAP with at least 5 years in enterprise software and services sales.
* Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
