What I’ve learned quickly: this business is not about fast sales — it’s about credibility, long-term thinking and trust.
With ISEC (Sweden) and VISATEC (Germany), we are now expanding our activities in the nuclear market across Europe.
Both companies specialize in high-performance imaging and vision-based inspection solutions for demanding industrial and safety-critical environments.
For this next phase, I’m looking for a Business Developer Europe (m/f/d), ideally Northern or Central Europe.
This role is not about “selling harder”.
It’s about building and developing our nuclear business across Europe in a structured and sustainable way.
The responsibility includes:
· identifying and developing new business opportunities within the European nuclear sector
· building long-term relationships with operators, EPCs, system integrators and key suppliers
· positioning our imaging and inspection solutions in ongoing and upcoming nuclear projects
· managing the full cycle from first conversation to contract negotiation
· representing ISEC and VISATEC at industry events and strategic customer meetings
ISEC and VISATEC provide technology used in inspection, monitoring, remote handling support and visual quality assurance — often in environments where reliability is critical.
I’m interested in talking to someone who:
· has real experience in the nuclear industry
· ideally already brings a network within the nuclear ecosystem
· speaks fluent English (other languages are a plus)
· enjoys working independently across Europe
