You will manage the full PMI process from the initial carve-out of sites from large pharma groups to their operational cultural and systems integration into our group. You will also oversee operational improvement initiatives and CAPEX programs at the sites to ensure they meet our performance and quality standards.In parallel you will develop and implement the Adragos Pharma Production System (APPS) our internal blueprint for building a scalable high-performance CDMO manufacturing network. This includes defining group-wide principles ensuring consistency across sites and identifying synergies and opportunities for harmonization.This is a very seniorhands-onand highly cross-functional role reporting to the Group COO with close collaboration with the CEO and founder. It requires leadership structure and a strong bias for execution.
