Purpose of your Job
As a Working Student (f/m/d) in our Marketing Team at our site in Martinsried, you will play an active role in supporting the planning and execution of marketing and event activities. You will contribute to the success of ongoing campaigns and initiatives by assisting with tasks such as event organization, content preparation for LinkedIn and email, and maintenance of marketing tools like HubSpot.
Working closely with the team, you will help ensure smooth day-to-day operations and consistent communication across various channels.
Your Responsibility
* Organize and coordinate conferences and internal/external events.
* Maintain and update contact data in HubSpot CRM system.
* Assist in the preparation and scheduling of LinkedIn posts.
* Create templates and support the execution of email marketing campaigns.
* Design and edit PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use.
* Provide hands-on support with various administrative and creative tasks as they arise in daily operations.
What you need to succeed
* Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in marketing, communications, business, media studies, or a related field.
* Located in or near Munich, with availability for on-site support
* Strong command of English and German (spoken and written)
* Comfortable working with digital tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Power Point
* Basic creative or design understanding (e.g., layout, visuals, brand alignment)
* Highly organized, detail focused, and able to manage multiple small tasks efficiently
* A team player with a hands-on mentality and a proactive approach
* Available to work 10–20 hours per week
