Fit-Out Project Manager / Responsable de projets Fit-Out
We are currently supporting an international organisation in the search for a Fit-Out Project Manager to contribute to office and workplace infrastructure projects within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
This is a full-time assignment running until the end of 2028.
This opportunity could be for you if you:
* Have experience managing or coordinating office fit-out or workplace projects
* Have worked as a Project Manager on complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders
* Have experience in environments such as IT, Facility Management, logistics or similar operational contexts
* Enjoy structuring projects, defining milestones and monitoring delivery
* Are comfortable coordinating internal teams and external vendors
* Appreciate working in international and collaborative environments
You will contribute to the coordination and follow-up of projects related to office environments and workplace infrastructure, supporting planning, governance, reporting and stakeholder alignment.
Requirements
* Experience in project or programme management in office / workplace environments
* Experience managing complex transversal projects (e.g. IT, Facility Management, logistics or similar)
* Strong stakeholder coordination and organisational skills
* Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, PM2 or similar)
* Fluent English is required.
