Your role as Senior Business Development Manager DACH
* Lead the commercial strategy, operations, and growth plans across the DACH region
* Take ownership of key financial metrics, including P&L, EBITDA, and recurring revenue
* Design and implement initiatives to increase revenue streams and enhance client delivery
* Collaborate with leadership to align regional efforts with global strategic goals
* Oversee improvements in service efficiency, delivery quality, and customer experience
* Represent the consultancy at industry events, building strong visibility in the DACH market
* Build and maintain senior relationships across the real estate sector to generate new business opportunities

Experience and qualifications for the Senior Business Development Manager DACH role
* Significant experience in the real estate industry, ideally with exposure to ESG, energy efficiency, or sustainability
* Demonstrated success in strategic business development and revenue generation
* Strong commercial acumen with experience managing KPIs and financial targets
