Own P&L + the full performance marketing KPI stack end-to-end (CAC, ROAS, LTV, payback, funnel conversion, contribution margin — the whole thing)
Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube)
Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
and whatever works next (Communities,TikTok, affiliates, retargeting, partnerships)
You’re not “interested in marketing”. A e xtremely detail-oriented, data-driven nerd (in the best way)
Comfortable with online tools and workflows — you can MacGyver your way through anything
A track record of building something from scratch (side projects, internships with real responsibility, first 1–2 years in a high-performance environment)
Bonus points if you’ve ever
built dashboards and tracking (GA4, GTM, Looker, etc.)
