Responsibilities:
* Support the team in processing complex technical inquiries from customers, dealerships, and regulatory bodies.
* Coordinate international communication of decisions and ensure timely completion of projects.
* Analyze situations at current Mercedes-Benz vehicles (e.g., new EQ model launches) and provide recommendations for improvement.
* Develop and implement efficient solutions to improve processes and productivity.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office products (especially Excel, PowerPoint).
* Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
