Purpose
This role manages the design of Sales Academy learning programs that increase functional capabilities of our audiences and/or directly enable the achievement of the Global Sales strategy. The program designer will predominantly create basic to intermediate level learning programs.
Key Accountabilities
* Design and develop effective basic/intermediate level sales learning programs, interventions and initiatives
* Support the design of high quality learning programs (virtual & F2F) that enable and support Global Sales Strategy for the experienced sales audience
* Collaborate with internal consultants and SMEs and instruct external vendors in the design and creation of impactful learning programs for our Global Sales population
* Use a systematic approach to assess and improve relevancy and deploy-ability of Sales Academy programs for local markets
* Through external networking, bench learning and research contribute to further develop Sales Academy learning interventions to be(come) best-in-class and future proof
Knowledge, Capabilities and Experience
* Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office
* Fluent in English, excellent written communication skills
* Understanding of learning theory and Instructional Design methods
Qualifications
1. Minimum of 2 years retail training and/or retail operations field experience, preferably in the apparel industry
2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in an instructional design / e-learning design role
3. Experience of managing projects from scoping through to evaluation an advantage
4. Diploma or degree from educational entity focusing on Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Personnel Administration or related field
