Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, offering tailored technical solutions to clients
- Negotiating and closing sales agreements to achieve set targets
- Representing the company at client meetings, trade events, and product demonstrations
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver projects successfully
Essential Qualifications:
- A proven track record in field sales development (minimum 3 years)
- Native or near-native proficiency in German language, with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong command of English for international work context, with French being an advantage
- Ability to travel frequently, a full driving license is required
