The Partner Manager will develop and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the software and services sector of the Life Sciences industry. This role requires business acumen, relationship-building skills, and technical expertise to drive collaboration, maximize partner value, and achieve mutual business goals.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGPartner Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic partners within the high-tech industry to expand our ecosystem and drive business growth.Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with existing and prospective partners, including software vendors, solutions providers, system integrators, and technology platforms.Partner Enablement: Provide training, resources, and support to enable partners to effectively market, sell, and implement our solutions, ensuring alignment with our product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.Joint Business Planning: Collaborate with partners to develop and execute joint business plans with clear objectives, strategies, and tactics to drive mutual success and revenue.Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify new business opportunities, market trends, and emerging technologies to leverage partnerships and enhance our competitive position.Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics, including sales, pipeline, and customer satisfaction, to optimize engagement and drive improvement.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, product management, and other teams to align initiatives, share best practices, and drive organizational synergies.Thought Leadership: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to promote our brand, leadership, and partnership opportunities within the ecosystem.YOUR PROFILEBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.7+ years of experience in the MedTech sector with strong industry knowledge.Proven experience managing partnerships with SAP or SAP implementation partners.Success in partner management, business development, or strategic alliances within software and services industry.Strong understanding of software solutions, cloud technologies, and digital transformation trends, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders.Strategic, results-driven, with the ability to develop and execute partner strategies.Analytical skills in data analysis, forecasting, and performance measurement for data-driven decisions.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with autonomy and initiative.Willingness to travel as needed for meetings, events, and business activities.YOUR WORKPLACEWHAT WE OFFER #J-18808-Ljbffr
