Where You Belong The SAP Customer Value Group’s AI Center of Excellence (AI4U) team focuses on driving adoption and consumption of the BTP platform through the sourcing, design, and execution of customer AI proof of concepts. The team works in close collaboration throughout the organization to craft SAP Best Practices for AI development within and around BTP. Our motto is: Inspire, Innovate, Implement – AI on BTP. What You’ll Build Each candidate must demonstrate strong technical aptitude in at least one domain, with secondary knowledge in others. Our platforms and technologies change quickly, so a clear demonstration of your flexibility, learning, and ability to execute will be critical to your success. Senior team members should be able to conduct multiple job skills effortlessly. All roles must have experience with the latest Generative AI LLMs. Candidates Demonstrate Experience And Skills Across Multiple Areas Develop machine learning models and algorithms, process data, implement AI solutions, develop UIs to express AI capabilities, and conduct research and development on new technologies. Experience in training custom, third‑party or open‑source AI models is desirable. Proficiency in programming languages (Python, JavaScript), knowledge of ML and agentic frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain), data preprocessing, model training and evaluation, application architecture design, DevOps and CI/CD. Knowledge of SAP Build, GenAI Hub, SAP HANA Cloud, and BTP Services. Understanding of foundation models, MCP, A2A, agentic swarms and pipelines, SAP BDC, ETL processes, database management, data pipeline construction, AI security, and AI ethics. Knowledge of big data technologies, ability to build predictive models, and help in the decision‑making process using statistical analysis, data visualization, and machine learning. Proficiency in data science tools (Jupyter, Pandas) and strong analytical thinking. Experience with Node.js, SAP CAP, and AI coding assistant tools is desirable. What You Bring Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, and/or 10 years of expertise in applicable technical roles. Proven experience as an SAP Architect (F/M/D) with expertise in AI technologies and SAP BTP. Proficiency in SAP BTP services, including SAP AI Core, SAP AI Business Services, SAP Integration Suite, and SAP Extension Suite. Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph) and programming languages (e.g., Python, Java). Familiarity with SAP HANA Cloud, SAP Data Intelligence, and SAP Analytics Cloud, Vector Engines, Knowledge Graphs, A2A and MCP technologies. Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and leadership skills. Front‑end knowledge in JavaScript, HTML, Fiori Web components (desirable), and calling APIs.
