Job Description
We are looking for you, a Sales Coordinator limited to (m/f/diverse) to support our business area OESL at the location Karben, Germany.
Your tasks will focus on the following activities:
1. Execute sales administrative activities throughout the product lifecycle, such as change management, commercial condition changes, and spare parts activities
2. Support in the information collection about market (trends) and competitors
3. Handle customer-related external and internal reporting tools (, customer portals, sales databases)
4. Execution of Sales Administration activities for the Segment Emission Reduction Solutions
5. Establish and maintain customer network
6. Execute and support sales and administrative tasks during the pre-acquisition phase, including order intake, acquisition, and quote processes
Qualifications
7. Commercial apprenticeship with professional experience or academic degree in business administration, marketing or similar qualification
8. First experience in sales or engineering in automotive business
9. Good communication and presentation skills
10. Customer-oriented work
11. Fluent German and English language skills, both in spoken and written
12. Self-Organization
13. Able to work in cross-functional teams
