IntroductionMOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a global leader in original parts and accessories for the automotive industry. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the largest companies within the Hyundai Group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for vehicle applications, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the genuine parts and accessories business of Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors across Europe, supporting them in all areas of aftersales. From our European headquarters in Frankfurt am Main, we also support and guide our sales offices throughout Europe.To strengthen our team, we are looking for a new colleague to join us at the earliest possible date at our Brehna location, in the Leipzig – Halle (Saale) area: Key Account Manager (m/f/d) AutomotiveYour Mission:You will take responsibility for our largest customer in Europe and actively shape the future of the automotive aftersales sector. In this exciting and diverse role, you are not just a point of contact but a true partner – strategically, operationally, and creatively.What You’ll do:Own the sales strategy and budget for one of our key accounts – Hyundai, Kia, and Genesis – across Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, and PolandDrive success in both German and English as you build strong partnerships and shape the future of automotive aftersalesDesign and execute impactful sales and marketing campaignsCoordinate seamlessly with internal teams, our distribution centers in Belgium, England, Sweden, Italy, Spain, and Hungary – as well as with our European headquarters in Frankfurt and the global HQ in KoreaPlan and host events and customer meetings that make a differenceRepresent our company at exclusive customer eventsDevelop creative initiatives to boost sales and strengthen customer loyaltyPrepare insightful reports, presentations, and market analysesAct as the proactive, solution-oriented link between the customer and our organizationWhat You bring:Degree in business, engineering, or a related fieldFirst experience in sales or key account management is a plusVery good German and English skills (written & spoken)Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint & Excel)Analytical mindset and top-notch presentation skillsCommunication talent, openness, and team spiritInitiative, organizational strength, and a passion for responsibilityEnthusiasm for the automotive industry and aftermarketIntercultural communication is a part of your everyday workWhat we offer:A high-impact role with real responsibilityThe chance to manage one of Europe’s largest customersA young, motivated team that inspires and supports youFreedom for your ideas and space for independent workA modern, flexible work environment with exciting career prospects30 days of annual leaveFlexible working hours with the option to work from home (10 days/month)Company events and an attractive compensation packageFurther InformationWe look forward to receiving your complete application documents, including your availability and salary expectations, sent to the email address application.de@mobis.com.
