Your Role
As a Marketing Manager Beverages (m/f/d), you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of mid to long-term marketing and innovation strategy planning for beverages. You will gather consumer and customer insights, investigate opportunities, and support the delivery of customer briefs and market cluster initiatives using marketing and insight tools.
Key Responsibilities:
* Market Intelligence: Identify consumer, category, and market trends in EAME, gather competitor insights, and translate them into strategic business opportunities and marketing platforms.
* Innovation Projects: Drive the ideation process and creative workshops, create promotional materials, and plan and execute internal launches of marketing-led activities.
* Customer Engagement: Develop and execute marketing-led initiatives and projects with key customers, co-create customer strategies, and execute customer projects and presentations.
* External Communication: Support the creation of external communication materials such as social media posts, press releases, events, and website content.
About You
Job Requirements & Skills
* You hold a degree in Business/Marketing (min. Bachelor)
* You gained at least 3 years of marketing experience, ideally in the food, beverage, or ingredients industry.
* Fluency in English; German is a plus.
* You have a solid understanding of the food & beverage market, B2B marketing, and consumer trends.
* You are experienced in positioning ingredients/flavors, trend analysis, and developing marketing materials.
* High proficiency in MS Office; Adobe InDesign/Photoshop is a plus.
* You have strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
* You are creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about food and innovation.
* You are willing to travel for meetings, trade shows, and workshops.
