About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Service Specialist Supervisor to oversee the execution of service projects across security technology, fire alarm systems, and building automation. In this role, you will manage people, processes, and resources to ensure seamless project delivery, outstanding quality standards, and strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee end-to-end execution of service projects, including staff planning, material ordering, scheduling, and cost control
* Manage project changes and maintain clear, continuous communication with customers
* Ensure accurate project documentation, including timelines, status updates, and material tracking
* Act as the primary customer contact for all service-related matters
* Conduct annual customer satisfaction surveys and drive improvements
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries and ensure consistently high satisfaction levels
* Monitor project costs, billing, revenue, and profitability
* Ensure timely contract renewals and identify opportunities for service expansion
* Oversee onsite service operations and support functions (estimating, quotations, payroll, collections)
* Safeguard efficient and accurate administrative processes
* Lead and develop team members through recruitment, coaching, and performance evaluation
* Select and supervise subcontractors
* Drive team motivation, skills development, and operational productivity
* Promote and enforce high standards of health, safety, and quality across all projects
Skills & Technical Knowledge:
* Experience with security systems: intrusion detection, fire alarm systems, access control, video surveillance, and integrated security solutions
* Basic understanding of IT networks
* Field service experience: installation, inspection, site visits, and quotation development
* Strong capability in cost calculations and proposal preparation
Experience Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of professional experience in project management, field service, or engineering
* Background in at least one of the following: security technology, fire alarm systems, building automation, healthcare infrastructure
* First leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
Education & Certifications:
* Preferred: university degree (Business Administration, Engineering, or similar)
* Relevant industry training or manufacturer certifications are advantageous
