Together with the restaurant manager you will make sure that your employees have everything a strong team needs. The restaurant is marketed as an independent concept in close cooperation with NENI, the concept provider, and is aimed specifically at the neighbourhood with eclectic Balagan-style dishes. In our NENI Berlin we are looking forward to seeing you as a Restaurant Supervisor (f/m/d).
You ensure smooth processes, clean tables and workstations in the ward so that you can work hand in hand as a team - even when all guests arrive at the same time
~You are responsible for the high standard of our food and ensure that colleagues enjoy an equally special service experience
~Training new employees and trainees
~As a trained restaurateur, you never run out of things to do and conjure up the wow on the guest's face
You have management experience in a similar role and speak fluent English
You are passionate about good food and drinks and enjoy discovering new concepts
