To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Team Lead IT for the technical management of our IT infrastructure team, to ensure smooth operations and for strategic development.
Team Lead IT (m/f/d)
YOUR TASKS
* Team leadership: technical management of the IT team, motivation, induction, goal setting, coaching.
* Project management: planning, implementation, control and monitoring of IT projects (infrastructure, software).
* IT strategy: Development and implementation of concepts to optimize IT systems and processes.
* IT infrastructure & support: ensuring operation, availability and 1st to 3rd level support; coordinating external service providers.
* IT security: increasing IT security and ensuring compliance.
* Interface management: Link between team, management and specialist departments; communication with customers.
YOUR PROFILE
* Technical: Sound technical know-how (infrastructure, network, software), experience in project management. Completed Bachelor's degree in computer science, training as an IT specialist or demonstrable knowledge in the field of IT systems - career changers also welcome.
* Methodical: analytical skills, organizational skills, problem-solving skills, budget responsibility.
* Personal: Strong communication skills, empathy, leadership skills, sense of responsibility, hands-on mentality.
