The Role EU Customer Fulfilment (CF) ProcessEngineers team is a group of operational leaders driving processstandardization and continuous improvement for the EU CustomerFulfillment Network. This team has the goal to capture all the bestpractices from top performing sites and validate them as newofficial standard for all the network. They accelerate theimplementation of technological advancements and they strengthenthe technical acumen and process knowledge for the operationalleaders across the FC network. EU CF Process Experts (PE) ensuresthe operations teams are equipped with the functional expertise tosuccessfully deliver expected gains for technology advances andnetwork wide process improvements. The team drives process control,with the outcome of minimizing variation between shifts, buildingsand regions, to deliver strong performance. The team works toimprove the input metrics for each of the process paths byprioritizing and channeling the required resources among ProcessSystem Engineering (PSE), ACES (Amazon Customer Excellence Systems)PM, Central Ops, Launch teams, Operations Engineering, Reliabilityand Maintenance (RME) and many other Teams. Key jobresponsibilities *Process Path Ownership and Excellence Serve asthe subject matter expert for process paths across the EU region,defining the official standard operating procedures to beconsistently implemented across sites. Lead the review of processpaths to identify and validate best practices, then oversee therollout of these approved standards. Act as the primary point ofcontact for the ACES (Amazon Customer Excellence Systems) projectrollout in the EU, ensuring seamless execution. *Project Managementand Optimization Take on the role of project manager for internalPE (Process Excellence) initiatives and programs, such as managingthe Top Hours project. Provide structured support andtroubleshooting to site PEs, regional managers, and senior managersto facilitate effective PE project implementation. Offer remote andon site support for key operational efforts like LEEP (LaunchExcellence Execution Process), PCC (Process Control Center), andshift execution. *Cross Fu
