Business Operations Specialist
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our company by supporting top management in their day-to-day activities. As a Business Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for anticipating needs and preparing scenarios, decision-making or presentations material accordingly.
* Supporting Executive in his/her daily operations, managing schedules, calendar alignment in close coordination with Personal Assistant, influencing key stakeholders and fostering relationships to deliver reliably.
* Managing cross-functional and transnational interfaces, being able to manage a broad network at all hierarchical levels to collect views from bottom-up approach too.
* Animating and facilitating key team meetings and events, identifying customer value, business needs and improvement opportunities, leading specific action plans/projects and supporting N-1 management team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Consolidate inputs and monitor Connected Intelligence Dashboard, and related corrective action plan.
* Develop materials (Slides, Excel tabs, speaker notes) for all Executive meetings and divisional campaigns.
* Be actively involved into the management of the Connected Intelligence team: budget definition, etc.
Qualification/Skills:
* Strong business understanding on the variety of Connected Intelligence program line's activities, data-oriented, structured mindset, affinity with data and network digital solutions.
* Proactive, adaptable to fast-changing business needs, hands-on, focused on solutions, ability to build trust, influence, negotiate, create relationships, communicate efficiently, manage conflicts, operate autonomously and accountably, take decisions as required.
* Fluent in English, experience working across multiple countries/cultures, German/French would be a plus, willing to have fun.
