Your tasks
5. Conceptualization, development and optimization of various components of the truck frame, taking into account the concept of modularity.
6. Design of new frame components, crossbeams and structural components in modular construction
7. Development of sophisticated cast components as well as pressed and bent sheet metal parts
8. Creation of the required documentation, including prototype and series drawings, using CATIA V5 across all project phases.
9. Close technical coordination with interface partners such as simulation, prototype construction, production planning, purchasing and external suppliers
Your profile
10. Successfully completed studies at a university of applied sciences or a technical university in the field of mechanical engineering, automotive engineering or a comparable subject area.
11. Several years of sound professional experience in the development and concept creation of structural components in the commercial vehicle sector
12. Proven experience in handling development projects
13. Solid CAD skills in CATIA V5 and experience with the PLM system Windchill
14. Fluent English skills, both spoken and written, for international collaboration
15. Proficient use of standard MS Office applications
16. A high degree of resilience, creativity, teamwork skills, and a consistently cooperative work style.
