Overview
This position involves assessing business models of investment companies and evaluating associated risks.
Key Responsibilities
* Evaluate regulatory compliance of investment firms based on prudential reporting and internal control functions.
* Conduct legal research and resolve issues related to regulations applicable to investment firms.
* Implement the legal powers of the CSSF, manage enforcement procedures, including procedural aspects.
* Collaborate with internal specialists on AML/CTF matters.
* Develop expertise in regulatory matters (MiFID, IFD/IFR, MICAR, ESG) and process requests related to practical applications of these regulations.
Your Profile
* Hold a university degree in law or economics, finance or management, preferably with a focus on financial law or economic law.
* Demonstrate good knowledge of the regulatory framework, European directives and regulations, CSSF regulations and circulars, as well as rules of administrative law.
* Possess basic knowledge of financial analysis or data mining, which is considered an asset.
* Show excellent writing, analytical and synthesis skills.
* Display perfect proficiency in written and spoken French and English, knowledge of German and Luxembourgish is an advantage.
* Demonstrate good communication skills, ability to integrate a team and interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
* Exhibit good organizational and follow-up skills, rigour and ability to work independently.
