Excellent opportunity for a Road Site Supervisor / Straßenbau-Bauleiter(in) to play a key role in the delivery of infrastructure construction projects for a leading national and international engineering consultancy.
Location: Leipzig
Salary: €45,000 – €65,000 (depending on experience)
Job Description:
The Resolute Group are supporting a prestigious Engineering Consultancy in growing its site operations team. As a Road Site Supervisor, you will oversee the on-site execution of road and street construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery in accordance with planning documents and regulations.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
* Supervise day-to-day operations on road and street construction sites
* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
* Ensure compliance with project plans, health & safety standards, and legal regulations
* Monitor construction progress, quality, and cost control on site
* Liaise with engineers and planners to resolve technical issues
* Prepare site documentation and progress reports
* Ensure adherence to local road construction standards and project deadlines
Requirements:
* Completed vocational training or degree in Civil Engineering, Road Construction, or a related field
* Minimum 2 years of experience in road or infrastructure construction supervision
* Strong knowledge of German road construction standards and site procedures
* Familiarity with construction software tools (e.g. MS Office, iTWO) beneficial
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Fluency in German – written and spoken
