YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. As an International Marketing Manager Activation & Engagement (m/f/d) you are responsible for the strategic development of global digital marketing activities and the use of marketing technologies with a focus on data-driven promotion and brand experience mechanisms.
2. You will lead the creative development of international brand activations and engagement activities that focus on the collection of first party data and user data enrichment and ensure that our media briefings respect the need for digital solutions.
3. In your position you will also take over the internal consulting role for all international communication initiatives with digital touchpoints.
4. You will create presentations and documentations about tools, systems, policies and trainings. In this way, you will help creating a mentality of sharing best practices.
5. You are responsible for the development and management of a results-orientated and international community for marketing technologies.
6. Your tasks will also include the analysis of internal adoption rates of marketing technology as well as developing measures to positively influence them. In addition, you will analyze internal usage and consumer data in terms of our international marketing strategy.
WHAT YOU BRING
7. You have a master´s degree and several years of professional experience in the marketing field.
8. Additionally, you have several years of experience in the development and independent management of integrated communication campaigns (-degree campaigns).
9. You have a high level of consulting expertise and impress with your ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and technologies.
10. You are characterized by your convincing and engaging attitude in dealing with international colleagues and cross-functional teams.
11. Furthermore, you have a structured and results-oriented way of working.
12. You have excellent communication skills in German and English as well as experience in dealing with different stakeholders.
